HRMS Solutions Team is looking for a customer-oriented individual to join us as a HRMS Operations Specialist.
HRMS is an internal Wargaming system based on SAP SuccesFactors cloud software that is aimed to automate variety of HR and financial processes. The system is implemented in all our offices (Europe, Asia and USA), so you will deal with big amount of multilanguage users.
• Assigning user roles in the HRMS system
• Working on user requests for creating, setting up and updating the roles
• Role and access auditing in the systems
• Employee access policy support
• Partaking in project tasks, setting up accesses within projects
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) is a must;
• Experience on the same position or in HelpDesk, Call Center, Client Support;
• Proficiency with computers is required along with an aptitude to learn our systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc);
• Software support experience;
• Good understanding of complex HR processes and/or familiarization with HR systems;
• Training courses, user guides creation;
• Mentoring during the adaptation period;
