• 3+ years previous work experience in IT/Gamedev recruiting
• Familiarity with CIS and abroad IT labor markets
• Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English languages
• Broad network of contacts in IT/Gamedev sphere.

• Recruit qualified IT/Gamedev specialists
• Manage candidates’ selection process
• Manage vacancies posting and maintain candidates’ database
• Qualify candidate skills through CV checks, suggest approaches to candidates’ testing
• Seek out for qualified candidates in social networks
• Analyze and create reports dealing with recruiting and retention as required
• Attend recruitment, IT, gamedev events and seminars in order to enrich company’s candidate database
• Keep management updated on competitors’ employment package, hiring process and market situation
