• 3+ years previous work experience in IT/Gamedev recruiting
• Familiarity with CIS and abroad IT labor markets
• Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English languages
• Broad network of contacts in IT/Gamedev sphere.

• Recruit qualified IT/Gamedev specialists
• Manage candidates’ selection process
