Wargaming is looking to hire a Lead Service Desk for its IT Department.
The main goals of the Service Desk team are:
Supporting office operation according to SLA
Acquisition, deployment, testing, maintenance, and upgrading of IT hardware (PCs, laptops, graphics pads, monitors, video conference equipment, UPSs, etc.); being familiar with new hardware even before it hits the retail
Developing and deploying IT solutions that improve the service quality and boost the overall efficiency of the team and the entire company
Working with contractors (from hiring them to ensuring quality control according to SLA)
— >3 years’ experience managing a system administrator team or a customer support team
— Ability to adapt to change and to generate change
— Highly proficient in both in day-to-day and strategic management
— Result-oriented, deadline and requirement-abiding
— Excellent knowledge of IT hardware listed in the team’s main goals
— Advanced Windows 7/10 and basic Linux administration skills
— Experienced MS Office 365 (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) user
— Experience with PowerShell and MS SCCM
— Experience with 1С
— Knowledge of the basics of network tech (the OSI model and on which layers different types of hardware and protocols work; LAN; WAN; Wi-Fi 802.11ac/n; roaming; 5GHz)
— Experience with structured cabling (copper and optic)
— Experience deploying and supporting video surveillance, access control, and security systems
— Experience with task trackers
— Experience setting up and optimizing the task processing workflow
— Experience writing documentation, both in technical and user-friendly language
— An expert in communication, a negotiator able to attain results beneficial for all parties
— Intermediate or higher level of English
— Knowledge of Kanban methodologies
— Knowledge of ITIL
— Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
— Experience using and administering version control systems (Git, Perforce, SVN)
— Knowledge of virtualization systems
