Persha Studia, a Ukrainian development studio of Wargaming company, is looking for just that kind of person to take position of a Development Director. You will become a head of development in the studio that is responsible for creation of one of our future hits as well as game services for various projects in Wargaming.Net universe.

As a Development Director you have:

• deep knowledge of the industry, ability to define current trends and best practices, confidence and integrity, self-motivation and drive;
• knowledge of full range of management practices in a large company from work process definition, implementation and effectiveness evaluation to Department development strategy;
• excellent communication skills;
• knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting practices in software development industry.

As a Development Director you will be responsible for:

• leading the Development Department — a team of developers and managers who deliver great results being both highly professional and friendly;
• functional management in the Department — working with Project and Product Managers, control of company standards and management practices;
• managing the product and project portfolio of the Department — prioritization and budgeting necessary for the project execution, quality and effectiveness control, cooperation with Top Management and other company departments.
