Wallet Factory is inviting talented professionals to join our challenging and dynamic projects. This position is one of the key roles in the SDLC process. It requires a high level of expertise and management skills.
Does this relate to you?
— 5+ years of experience in management and successful implementation of mobile products;
— Experience in FINTECH — must have!
— Experience in IT resource management;
— Experience in working with international partners, clients;
— Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe);
— Technical background (programming or DevOps);
— Knowledge and practical application of PMBOK recommendations;
— Successfully completed projects;
— Planning and organization of teamwork processes;
— High organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
— Excellent communication skills — within the IT team, with other departments; companies, with external customers and partners, experience in resolving conflicts;
— The ability to correctly formulate your thoughts;
— Leadership skills;
— Fluent English level.
It will be a plus:
— Certification Scrum Master / PMI;
— Experience in building CI / CD processes.
Responsibilities
as Product Manager:
— Product management for the next direction: PAYMENTS (Digital Wallet Platform, Digital Card Platform, Payment Acceptance Platform and related services):
— product vision, strategy and roadmap;
— market research and customer requirements;
— product engineering with deep understanding of UX/UI, functionality, technologies;
— product P&L (including business model and pricing);
— product marketing (packaging, promotion);
— creating Business solutions for the Key Wallet Factory clients (Sopa, BBL):
— together with business analyst client requirements gathering and analysis;
— proactive offering of business solution architecture based on WF’s products and third parties’ services;
— together with our clients creating business models for proposed business solutions;
— support of other Wallet Factory clients and prospects (based on product expertise) during sales (up-sell, cross-sell) activities;
as Project Manager:
— product meets the client’s expectations;
— roadmapping;
— design project documentation;
— to pass projects in time;
— to be in budget;
— scope planning (weekly, monthly): scope for each month should be created, negotiated and approved with the Client;
— risks management;
— definition of the necessary resources and the working environment, distribution them within the team;
— prioritization of the tasks;
— organization of work of the team according to the necessary tasks;
— tracking the status of the project, the progress of the tasks;
— team motivation;
— problem solving;
— direct communication with the customer;
— expectations management;
— reporting (weekly, monthly): scope of delivered features should be reported, negotiated and approved with the Client
