Does this relate to you?
— 3+ years of experience in management and successful implementation of mobile products;
— Experience in IT resource management;
— Experience in working with international partners, clients;
— Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe);
— Technical background (programming or DevOps);
— Knowledge and practical application of PMBOK recommendations;
— Successfully completed projects;
— Planning and organization of teamwork processes;
— High organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
— Excellent communication skills — within the IT team, with other departments; companies, with external customers and partners, experience in resolving conflicts;
— The ability to correctly formulate your thoughts;
— Leadership skills;
— At least Upper-Intermediate English level.

It will be a plus:
— Certification Scrum Master / PMI;
— Experience in building CI / CD processes.

Responsibilities:
— Management of internal projects;
— IT resource management (distribute, monitor load, prioritize tasks, monitor performance, motivate teams, and lead to a common goal);
— Timely delivery of projects within the budget;
— Project reporting.

The purpose of this position is the development of internal projects of the company within the time frame and available resources, through the management of the development team and proper planning.

This role is not just managerial, it implies active participation in building internal products, analyzing their effectiveness, and constantly improving.
