About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager IT mid-level (m/f/d) to support one of our key clients and their product portfolio.

In this role, you will work closely with client-side Product Owners, internal Project Managers, and development teams. You will support the further development of digital products, help structure requirements, and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders.

This position is ideal for someone who already has experience in project or product management and is looking to grow further in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Support coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
• Gather, structure, and document requirements
• Ensure transparent communication throughout project implementation

Product Development

• Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities for existing products
• Support the evaluation of user feedback and product metrics
• Assist in implementing new features and optimizations

Backlog Management

• Maintain and structure product backlogs
• Support the prioritization of requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure tasks and requirements are clearly and comprehensively described

Project & Delivery Support

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business teams
• Support the planning and coordination of product and project activities
• Promote efficient collaboration among all stakeholders

Feedback & Analysis

• Collect and evaluate user and stakeholder feedback
• Support the analysis of product metrics
• Derive improvement recommendations based on available data

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role in a digital environment
• Basic to solid understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience working with stakeholders and coordinating different requirements
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with diverse teams
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally based within the EU and willing to travel occasionally
• Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision-making
