Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve our hybrid cloud infrastructure.
Your Profile

• 4–5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer
• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with one hyperscaler (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Solid background in Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably Terraform (Ansible is a plus)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting experience (e.g. Bash, Python) is a plus
• English proficiency required, German is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and evolve our hybrid cloud infrastructure (GCP & Hetzner Cloud)
• Automate deployments, provisioning, and configuration using Terraform (and Ansible where applicable)
• Manage and optimize container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Google Cloud Build)
• Ensure system stability, high availability, and scalability
• Enhance monitoring and observability
• Support and help define SLAs and operational reliability standards
