Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects and teams, with a particular focus on Internet of Things (IoT) projects. This role requires experience working with design and testing departments, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in working with metrics and KPIs. The Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects, from initiation through completion, while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.

Experience with Design and Testing Departments:

Experience working with testing departments to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Ability to gather and understand stakeholder requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.
Working with Metrics and KPIs:
Proficient in defining, tracking, and reporting on project metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and progress.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive project decisions and improvements.
Delivery Management:
Strong focus on delivery management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to adapt to project needs.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between design, development, and testing teams.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project status updates and addressing any concerns.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Metrics and KPI Tracking:
Define and monitor project metrics and KPIs to assess project performance.
Prepare and present project reports, highlighting key metrics and progress.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and address risks throughout the project to minimize impact.
Quality Assurance:
Work closely with the testing department to develop and implement testing plans.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
Project Delivery:
