We are looking for an entry-level Project Coordinator/Operations Manager based in Lviv who wants to be part of a team where operational efficiency, clear processes, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. You will have the opportunity to manage processes, implement improvements, and ensure a high level of project organization across the company.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Operational Involvement:
Engage in the operational activities of the company to support seamless processes and project workflows.
Customer Satisfaction & Project Monitoring:
Track project progress and customer satisfaction levels, working to address any issues promptly.
Process Improvement:
Establish clear and efficient processes on each project to maximize productivity and quality.
Invoicing & Financial Tracking:
Send out customer invoices, track payment schedules, and monitor payment due dates.
