Luxury-Positioned Deobanking App
Who we are
We’re building a first-of-its-kind Deobanking App — a single premium membership bringing together digital assets, exclusive lifestyle benefits, and wellness services in one product. Built on blockchain-native financial infrastructure, backed by a leadership team with experience from world-leading fintech and crypto companies.
We’re deliberately building this product at the intersection of fintech and luxury — and the luxury component is our current growth focus. The team already has deep fintech/crypto expertise; what we need now is someone who brings an understanding of premium customer experience, luxury brand standards, and lifestyle industry practices.
The role
We’re looking for an operational right hand to our CMO — someone who makes sure every marketing and design task has a clear owner, deadline, and next step, and who pushes things forward instead of just tracking them.
This is a brand-new role: some processes exist, some don’t, and you’ll have full ownership to keep, fix, or rebuild them. Early on you’ll work closely with the CMO and Design Director to learn how things run; over time, you’ll take on most of the day-to-day decisions yourself.
Why luxury experience matters to us
- The product is positioned as a premium lifestyle product, not just a fintech app — customer experience standards, tone of voice, and output quality need to meet luxury expectations
- The team already covers fintech/crypto expertise — your value is precisely in understanding how luxury brands, premium client programs, and exclusive membership experiences work
- We prioritize candidates from luxury, hospitality, or brand-driven industries even over candidates with deep fintech/crypto backgrounds — this is a deliberate team choice, not a checkbox “nice-to-have”
Key Responsibilities
Task & Delivery Management
- Own day-to-day coordination across marketing and design workflows — briefs, owners, deadlines, priorities, status
- Sit in on key meetings, turn discussions into tracked tasks, and follow up until they’re done
- Keep structured task boards, timelines, and content calendars across teams and agencies
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate marketing and design deliverables from request to delivery — campaigns, social, product materials, landing pages, presentations, KOL content, launches — with attention to premium-level output
- Work with Product to collect the latest feature updates, terminology, and positioning so content stays accurate
- Coordinate feedback and approval rounds across Marketing, Design, Product, and Compliance
Process Ownership
- Identify blockers, missing information, or delays early, and push for resolution — proactively, without being asked
- Build and improve workflows, templates, and briefing systems as you go
- Catch inconsistencies with luxury standards before things go out the door — tone, visual quality, messaging consistency
- Prepare regular status updates: what’s on track, blocked, delayed, or launching soon
Who we are looking for
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, premium retail, or brand-driven industries is our top priority — even more important to us than a fintech/crypto background, which the team already has covered
- Hands-on experience in project/task management, marketing operations, creative operations, or production coordination — what matters most is intensity and adaptability, not years on paper. Someone who thrived in one fast-paced, high-pressure year will stand out more than someone who coasted for ten
- Confident, daily user of tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or Monday — this is checked, not assumed
- Comfortable coordinating across time zones, departments, and external agencies (~20 people in scope today, and growing)
- Marketing or design background is a plus, but it can be taught — a sense for luxury is harder to teach
- Bonus: experience with workflow automation (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar)
- Bonus: experience building internal systems, templates, or documentation from scratch
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Marketing and design teams always know what needs to be done, by when, and who owns it
- Product information is collected early enough for content and design work to be prepared on time
- Campaigns and launches ship on schedule — not delayed by unclear briefs, missing assets, or late feedback/approval
- The quality and consistency of marketing and design output meets a premium brand standard and steadily improves
Hiring Process
- Intro call with the recruiter
- Interview with the CMO
- Interview with the Design Director
- Final interview with a co-founder / CPO
Benefits
- Fully remote — we care about time zone (roughly GMT+1 to GMT+4), not your country.
- Freelance / B2B service agreement
- 10 days paid vacation, plus 2 fixed extra days off (Dec 25 & Jan 1)
- Full ownership over how this function is built — no legacy process to be stuck with
