They are building a more structured and scalable growth engine and are looking for a marketing leader who can own this transformation. The product is accessible to users in more than 130 countries.
The goal of the Senior UAM role is to turn fragmented activities into a systematic, predictable, performance-driven growth model that directly impacts revenue, retention, and user acquisition efficiency.
• End-to-end marketing strategy and performance outcomes
• User acquisition and growth channel effectiveness
• Performance funnel approach: from creative to conversion in subscription
• Budget allocation, scale and ROI logic
• Experimentation frameworks and testing culture
• Alignment between marketing, product, and analytics
• Building processes that scale, not manual tactics,
• Сreative ads management process
Success in this role is measured by business metrics, not campaign volume.
We are looking for a growth-oriented marketing leader, not a traditional brand marketer.
This role will not suit profiles primarily focused on:
