Requirements:

— Proven lead generation experience for IT outsource/outstaff agencies across diverse channels.
— Minimum 1 year as a Business Development Manager, expanding client base.
— Exceptional ability to articulate and sell the company to partners.
— Fluent English (or Upper Intermediate) for effective communication.
— In-depth understanding of outsourcing, its benefits, and market trends.

Preferred:

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
— Creative mindset to drive partnerships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

— Identify, research, and evaluate potential partnerships to drive revenue.
— Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
— Generate and qualify leads.
— Maintain regular partnership calls.
— Test new lead generation approaches.
— Stay updated on industry developments.
— Manage partner communication.

Expectation:
— Remote work
— Full-time employment
— The schedule is flexible (40 hours per week). You can work between 8 am and 8 pm Kyiv time

Test period:
— 3 months

Hiring stages:
— Interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists (30 min)
— Performing a small creative task (30-60 min)
— Test call with one of our BD managers as a partner (30 min)
— Final interview with CGO Voypost Maria Shapovalova (30 min)
