We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter, International to find technical talent across Europe with unique and diverse experiences and apply the most effective tactics and strategies to deliver quarterly hiring goals of tech professionals.

As a Senior IT Recruiter, International you will partner with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritize and deliver the agreed results. The role requires personal leadership and will allow growth path and development to a larger scope and a higher managerial level. The position is open for candidates with a previous background in Tech Sourcing, Recruiting, and Managerial experience working with tech positions in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

We Expect You To:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in technical recruitment with 1 year of international recruitment in Startups/Fast-Growing companies;
  • Good sourcing experience in using traditional and non-traditional sources such as databases, networks, job boards, social media, Google X-Ray search, Linkedin search, online forums, blogs, etc.;
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition process and creative approach to define needed tactics to achieve the results;
  • Have exceptional stakeholders expectation management skills;
  • Highly organized and data-oriented;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Result-oriented and sensitive to business needs;
  • Empathetic, focused on people; eager to go the extra mile to deliver results and ensure needs are met;
  • ​​Ability to manage daily tasks within ATS, candidate tracking, etc.;

What You Will Do:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define the most effective hiring strategies;
  • Lead the execution of creative sourcing strategies to achieve monthly, and quarterly goals;
  • Encourage a world-class, diverse international talent pipeline;
  • Provide an amazing recruiting experience for the candidates with the attentive process management and empathetic communication;
  • Drive recruitment process beyond any obstacles and deliver on time hirings;
  • Ensure that candidates aligned with our values and culture;
  • Work with our hiring tools and systems to safeguard the consistency of the process;
