Junior Lead Generation Manager/Researcher

Location — Lviv!

Required skills:

  • 6+ months of experience as a Lead Generation Manager in a software development company;
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Good grasp of lead generation processes and tools;
  • Advanced written English communication skills;
  • Experience gathering a database of companies based on provided Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
  • Experience finding buyer personas and extracting their contact information (email, LinkedIn, etc);
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting;
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Clutch, Apollo, etc.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Upwork;
  • Any experience with LinkedIn outreach;
  • Familiarity with setting up campaigns in tools like Lemlist and Instantly;
  • Basic understanding of the Pipedrive CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research and gather databases according to ICPs;
  • Organize and structure research data clearly and efficiently;
  • Gather lists of potential prospects from multiple channels;
  • Find and verify contact details (emails, LinkedIn profiles, etc) of target personas;
  • Maintain accurate records of lead information within the CRM and spreadsheets;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams;
  • Continuously improve data quality and lead generation processes.
