Our company is looking for an Art Producer passionate about Games and improving their skills!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain project schedules for both short and long-term project goals;
- Understand the quality needs of the project and translate these into requirements for art teams;
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests and proactively solve problems before they impact the schedule or the result;
- Negotiate scope and quality with Art Directors to find the solutions that best fit the requirements of each project;
- Partner with Art Direction, Art Team Leads, QC, etc. to keep production running smoothly and effectively, communicate relevant information to stakeholders timely;
- Anticipate resource needs, both short-term and long-term, and able to work with changing design requirements;
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan further scope;
- Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high-quality work efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience managing art production teams for video games;
- Deep understanding of Art development, art approval processes, and dependency chains;
- Possess a sophisticated working understanding of modern project management methods and tools;
- Knowledge and skills with tools: Jira / Confluence / MSP / Office package (any) / Ready to use custom client tools;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to self-present and present team to clients;
- Problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Desire to learn, grow and contribute to the game industry;
- Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment;
- At least an Upper Intermediate level of English.

- Background in art that helps you thoroughly understand the artistic and technical side of art production.
