— Control prices on clients’ DID numbers
— Work with CRM, reporting

Job role:
We’re looking for a young, smart and enthusiastic person with English language skills (intermediate+) to join our Billing Department. Students of last courses would be considered also.
You’ll be working as a back-office specialist, that works closely with Account/Sales team and deals with VoIP numbers (=DID) and SIP trunks; maintain company’s CRM; resolve e-mail/chat requests.
