We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to specialize in various software projects to help achieve our company products and services roadmap.

This role will report directly to the Senior Management, and work in the Lviv office, next to our front/back-end developers, DBA’s, QAs, designers, Content & SEO teams, leading the day-to-day progression of their workload and progress.
— Planning and organizing — mapping out projects, timelines, scope of work, etc.
— Present to C level executives the plans, roadmap, and progress over the —boards.
— Hold and host daily scrum meetings.
— Hold and host weekly sprint meetings.
— Communications — serving as the liaison between teams, development, product and marketing department, and other internal business partners to establish expectations, provide status updates, handoff project deliverables, field feedback, etc.
— Manage the software development cycle in Jira: work with engineering colleagues to define the requirements of the product, manage the tasks and sprints of the R&D teams all the way from “story to production”.
—Prioritization & Collaboration — managing cross-functional epics involving several teams — making sure no blockers are delaying progress from other teams.
—Monitoring progress — keeping a close eye on project timelines, workloads, cross-functional teams, and project objectives to ensure all of those elements are staying on track.
— Delivery — efficient, on-time execution of high-quality output.
— Reporting — Scrum methodology base, using sprints and scrum meetings, dashboards, KPIs, benchmarks, etc. driving operational efficiency and quality.
— Leadership — strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
— Working with Developers, designers, QAers and Management.
— Work with the CMO and marketing team to help with the delivery process, assigning tasks to designers accordingly.
— Being a JIRA master, with hands-on experience managing Scrum events and practice.
— At least upper intermediate English level.
— Ability to describe well in written and verbal, in English, user stories, user needs, UI/UX/Back-end/Database requirements and functionalities.
— Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software product management.
— Experience with the methodology of software development.
— Understanding Agile, SCRUM, projects, boards, and Sprints.
— Strong communications skills.
— Ability to work independently.
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

— Own product specifications, requirements, and release plans.
— Have some software background.
