WE are the Visual Craft team www.visual-craft.com and have been working in the field of software development for 15 years, working with customers mainly from the USA, Canada and Western Europe. Our portfolio includes many completed projects: from web development and mobile applications, the creation of scalable software solutions for SMBs and Enterprise to the development of specialized software for international corporations and world-renowned brands.

Our main office is located in Ukraine, Cherkasy. It focuses on product development, UX / UI design, quality testing, marketing, support and other features.

We are looking for an experienced Senior C/C++ Embedded Engineer with strong knowledge of Linux OS and a deep understanding of networking protocols.

OUR HIGH-LEVEL NEEDS ARE:

• Confident knowledge of C++, Qt, Qml;
• Knowledge and understanding of OOP principles;
• Knowledge and understanding of WebSocket;
• Experience working with WinAPI;
• Experience in writing tests;
• Read and understand someone else’s code;
• Ability to work with version control systems (git/svn);
• Knowledge of English languages at the level of understanding technical documentation.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Knowledge of other programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C#);
• Experience with socket-based API (QtNetwork, QWebChannel);
• The ability to profile and look for bottlenecks in the code;
• Experience in using component design, designing plugin architecture;
• Understanding how Vue.js/Vuex works.
