● Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting of large infrastructure, hardware, OS troubleshooting, etc.;
● Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operation systems, system administration, system statistics, monitoring, performance tuning, etc.;
● Window Active Directory Administration;
● Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP stack);
● Understanding of N-tier architectures and experience with troubleshooting multi-tier web problems across platforms;
● Understanding of common web protocols, their open source implementations and security requirements for on-line services;
● Experience in maintaining servers for standard Internet services such as DNS, HTTP/S, SSH, SMTP, DHCP, FTP service;
● Experience in the administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g. PHP-FPM, NGINX, MySQL);
● Practical experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to automate routine operational tasks, accelerate troubleshooting, generate scripts, improve documentation, and increase engineering productivity;
● Ability to evaluate AI-generated solutions, adapt them to production environments, and ensure security and reliability;
● English — Pre-Intermediate or higher;
● Strong self-organization and planning skills;
● Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach;
● Collaborative mindset and good communication skills.

● Experience with cloud providers (Amazon, Azure);
● Microsoft SQL administration (non-dba) experience;
● Experience with firewall systems and load balancers;
● Knowledge of source code revision control systems administration like GIT and SVN;
● Experience in managing virtualization environments using technologies such as VMware VCAC with VSphere, Hyper-V;
● Good understanding of storage concepts and requirements (e.g. NFS, SAN, disk IO bottlenecks);
● Scripting skills (e.g., Shell scripts, Python, Power Shell);
● Experience in writing technical documentations;
● Jira and Confluence management and configuration skills;
● Experience integrating AI into operational workflows or engineering processes.

● Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
● Maintenance and monitor of local servers, local network, laptops of colleagues;
● Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;
● Provide 1st level support, troubleshoot alerts from the monitoring system. If required, forward issues to 2nd, 3rd level of support;
● Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution;
● Research, evaluate, and introduce new AI-driven and automation solutions that improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort;
