About the Role

Due to team expansion, our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support clients through chat-based communication.

What You Will Do

• Consult clients and agents via chat and phone
• Provide guidance on the company’s insurance products
• Promptly resolve requests and non-standard client situations
• Respond to inquiries in line with established service standards
• Maintain reporting on processed inquiries

What We Are Looking For

• No prior experience required
• Fluent written Ukrainian
• No English required
• Stress resilience and the ability to stay calm in non-standard situations
• Strong communication skills, friendliness, client-oriented approach
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Confident PC user

• Schedule: 14:00 — 23:00
