About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven VIP Manager to lead the development of our VIP player segment in iGaming. You’ll be the key point of contact for our highest-value players — building trust, deepening engagement, and turning strong relationships into long-term value.

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with VIP players
• Reactivate dormant VIP clients and bring them back into the fold
• Drive deposit growth and increase overall player lifetime value (LTV)
• Deliver personalized, responsive communication across phone, email, messengers, and live chat
• Resolve VIP player requests and issues quickly, maintaining a premium service standard

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming; experience with Tier-1 markets is a plus
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian, English B2+
• A proactive, self-driven, and customer-first mindset, with strong communication skills and a genuine drive for results
