About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure the timely processing of payments from multiple sources and their accurate reflection in our accounting system (QuickBooks).

What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payments through: Banking systems, Card services, Cryptocurrency wallets/platforms.
  • Verifying the accuracy of payment details and amounts.
  • Recording all completed transactions in QuickBooks on the same day.
  • Reconciling balances across banks, cards, and crypto wallets.
  • Monitoring payment statuses and resolving operational issues.
  • Collaborating with the finance and accounting teams on accounting matters.
  • Maintaining organized payment documentation and reports.
  • Operational workload: approximately 35–50 payments per day per employee.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
  • Experience with bank payments and online payment systems.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of daily transactions efficiently.

What You Can Expect

  • Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).
  • 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00.
  • 20 vacation days + 12 paid sick leave days annually.
