Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and scale satellite/PBN networks (50–500+ sites) and drive organic growth for iGaming products across Tier 1, 2, and 3 GEOs. You will work with technical SEO, AI-driven content, multi-landing setups, and a cross-functional team of designers, content creators, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale PBN/satellite networks (50–500+ sites), ensuring stability, indexing, and security.
• Execute technical SEO improvements: speed, indexing, crawl budget, microdata, infrastructure setup (CDN, Cloudflare, anti-detect, PBN hosting).
• Build semantic structures: keyword research, clustering, relevance mapping.
• Oversee content production (junior + AI), including review pages, affiliate promo pages, and iGaming content formats.
• Implement link-building strategies (white/grey/black), monitor risks, and donor quality.
• Localise and optimise multi-landing pages for Tier 1/2/3 GEOs.
• Collaborate closely with designers, content specialists, and developers on SEO initiatives.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of SEO experience (iGaming preferred).
• Strong background in managing satellite/PBN networks (50+ sites).
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO: speed, indexing, crawl budget, structured data.
• Experience in YMYL niches and competitive SERPs.
• Strong skills in semantic research, clustering, and mapping.
• Link building across white/grey/black tactics.
• Experience with AI-driven content workflows.
• Understanding of Google/Bing requirements.
• Experience with Tier 1/2 GEOs and localisation.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS or experience with WP/landing builders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with large-scale PBNs (100–500+ sites).
• Understanding of iGaming SEO specifics: fraud traffic, affiliate promos, review structures.
• Skills with CDN, Cloudflare, anti-detect setups, and PBN infrastructure.
• Experience with custom SEO tools/platforms.

Key KPIs:

• At least one new site reaching the Top 10 in target GEOs.
• Growth in organic traffic and visibility.
• Improved indexing speed and crawl efficiency.
• Stable and secure satellite/PBN network performance.

Success Drivers (First 90 Days):

• Audit and stabilise the existing 100+ satellite network.
• Build and launch SEO architecture for new product lines (structure, semantics, content → link plan).
