Join our team as a Recruiter and contribute to our international expansion. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, particularly for specialized roles across Europe and Ukraine. Your expertise will be vital as we establish our brand and strategically recruit top talents to fuel our rapid growth.

You’ll leverage data analysis and innovative technologies to reshape our recruitment approach. With a significant portion of vacancies (including 30% at the C-level), you’ll navigate this dynamic landscape with precision.

Location: Relocation to Varna, Bulgaria, is obligatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the hiring cycle strategically, ensuring timely and successful vacancy closures that satisfy both hiring managers and candidates. Your role involves optimizing our recruitment process for perfection.
  • Strategically map the entire hiring lifecycle, orchestrating each stage meticulously.
  • Prepare for candidate search, crafting compelling materials, and conducting Intake meetings.
  • Formulate a robust sourcing strategy aligned with unique vacancy requirements.
  • Engage candidates with tailored messages throughout their journey.
  • Conduct insightful interviews to assess potential and suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, fostering teamwork for successful placements.
  • Leverage market analytics to refine our approach and stay ahead.
  • Contribute to brand awareness through recruitment efforts.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience in the IGaming sphere.
  • Proven track record of international recruitment success.
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Date-driven mindset, adept at analyzing past searches and market trends.
  • English skills at least B2.
