Tender Manager


We’re looking for a Tender Manager, who will be responsible for searching and realization of selling opportunities through RFP channel across all markets.


  • Search of RFP/RFIs in the corresponding segment, completion of RFP documentation in collaboration with other Viseven departments
  • Collaboration with marketing and partnership department for raising awareness about Viseven products and inclusion Viseven in the new RFP/RFIs
  • Creating the artefacts that correspond to the established RFP/RFI processes in the company
  • Become the owner of RFP/RFI knowledgebase and update all key stakeholders regularly
  • New team members onboarding (war room introduction, processes and timelines)
  • Provide reporting on RFI/RFPs on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Conduct feedback sessions on RFI/RFPs

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • English language proficiency is a must
  • Project management skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of business development
  • Ability to learn and retain new information quickly
  • Ability to handle multitasking productively
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Great team player: optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful, outgoing and easy to get on with
