Role description:
Viseven is looking for a talented QA Engineer to become a part of our R&D team. If you are open to professional challenges and searching for professional growth and recognition, we are waiting for you!
Key responsibilities:
- Business requirements analysis
- Test Effort Estimation
- Writing and maintaining test documentation (checklist, test cases, manuals)
- Manual testing of new functionality as well as regression testing before the releases
- Describe and monitor defects in the bug tracking system
- Work with strong cooperation with the RnD team
- Reporting to QA Lead / Team Manager
Required skills and knowledge:
- 1+ years of working experience in software quality assurance (WEB and/or mobile)
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals (test types, test levels, test design techniques, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the testing process
- Understanding of SDLC and bug life cycle
- Understanding of the client-server architecture
- Experience in creating test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports
- Understanding of SCRUM processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems(preferable Jira)
- Experience in using different testing tools (Postman, Chrome DevTools, etc.)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with task management and tracking tools (preferably JIRA)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum)
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript
