Role description:

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to establish relationship with clients and take full responsibility on digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop long-term relationships with international clients, understand their main goals and needs.
• Establish close communication with Country Digital Marketing Lead.
• Provide support in planning & execution of digital marketing campaigns and customer Journeys.
• Provide consultations on digital channels and best practices of their utilization.
• Ensure proper internal communication — translate client’s needs into specific actions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Automation specialist, who is responsible for technical part of the work.
• Working with several foreign markets at the same time.
• Analysis of campaign results and preparation of proposals for improvement.
• Provide the clients with the company solutions and services on time.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of general experience in digital agency or at pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of core principles of digital marketing & communication channels.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented skills as a must.
• Ability to work with large organizations in an international environment.
• Pharmaceutical marketing experience is a plus.
• Project management and marketing/digital campaign coordination and planning experience.
• Proactive and openminded, with ability to constantly learn and develop.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment, constantly striving for excellence.
