HR Communications Manager (вакансия неактивна)

To support our rapid growth journey, we are looking for an HR Communications Manager who can engage people, both in- and externally, in our passion for the product, unique corporate culture, and growing HR brand. Therefore, creating awareness around our company and our brand is crucial to our future success as a company.


    • Work together with different parts of the organisation to create engaging content that can be shared on various touch-points such as social media, job portals, websites, etc., that will help us build awareness around our company and our brand.
    • Create, implant and support an annual plan of internal corporate activities for HR brand formation
    • Boost our social media pages and career pages
    • Encourage corporate culture and CSR initiatives
    • Take care of internal and external communications
    • Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees
    • Create informational content to promote Viseven initiatives (IT Academy, MeetUps)
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of all digital activities with the help of complex analysis and provide suggestions for tactical changes 
    • Search for new technologies and tools to promote Viseven brand as an employer 
    • Planning budget for activities with further financial reporting
    • Competitor brand analysis: positioning, events, communication channels


    • Strong experience in HR brand development
    • Understanding of content making and management for SMM and mass media
    • Experience in organising corporate events of various formats and types
    • Copywriting skills 
    • Good command of spoken and written Ukrainian/Russian/English
    • A solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the PR / Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing areas 
    • Presentation skills 
    • Analytical thinking 
    • Commitment to results
    • Ability to display information visually in a way that is both creative and effective
    • A team player with a positive attitude
    • A self-organised project manager able to work independently

Will be a plus:

    • Knowledge of Graphic editing tools (Adobe, Canva etc)
    • Portfolio with HR brand projects
