The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

Role description:

We look for a middle level HR professional who is willing to join us on a fixed term basis. Your role will be helping us to build HR processes and make our HR function better fitting company growth trajectory. This role can be considered on a part-time basis and can further transform into permanent employment if both parties agree on this.

Responsibilities:

    • designing and launching functional & business onboarding;
    • participation in creating and delivering trainings for managers;
    • creating Viseven employee knowledge base, describing our processes, creating policies based on actual need;
    • participation in building org. structures, developing job profiles,
    • potential participation in strengthening our employer brand, launching employee internal and external communications initiatives, building stimulation and benefits schemes;
    • involvement in other projects based on the need.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of commercial experience in HR (systemic companies) preferably on generalist roles;
    • understanding of HR best practices, experience in implementation of complex HR projects would be a plus;
    • proactive, initiative, positive and friendly;
    • ownership & responsibility, high self-autonomy;
    • upper-intermediate English;
    • PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • critical and wholistic thinker with focus on delivering value.
