• 5+ years of commercial experience in recruitment (at least two years in IT recruitment);
• leadership experience;
• experience and maturity to hire senior candidates, including executive positions;
• upper-intermediate English, ability to interview international senior candidates;
• being business oriented with high EQ, open-minded, respectful, tolerant, supportive and diplomatic with sound interpersonal skills;
• strong candidate evaluation skills (not just selling positions and candidates);
• ownership, responsibility and proactivity;
• familiarity with recruitment best practices, tools and processes, ability and desire to implement and improve them;

About the role:
Recruitment Lead is responsible for coordinating the work of recruitment function and team. S/he proactively leads recruitment initiatives and works closely with HRBPs and managers to ensure high level of recruitment services.
