• 5+ years of commercial experience in recruitment (at least two years in IT recruitment);
• leadership experience;
• experience and maturity to hire senior candidates, including executive positions;
• upper-intermediate English, ability to interview international senior candidates;
• being business oriented with high EQ, open-minded, respectful, tolerant, supportive and diplomatic with sound interpersonal skills;
• strong candidate evaluation skills (not just selling positions and candidates);
• ownership, responsibility and proactivity;
• familiarity with recruitment best practices, tools and processes, ability and desire to implement and improve them;
• critical and wholistic thinker with focus on delivering business value

Обов’язки

• Drives recruitment processes, projects, initiatives, suggests and leads process improvements;
• Analyses talent business needs, suggests and implements ways to acquire needed talent on time and in full;
• Coordinates the work of recruitment team;
• Selects, onboards and develops recruitment team members, ensures the team has the right tools, resources and capabilities for success;
• Develops, monitors recruitment metrics and provides analytics, manages recruitment KPIs;
• Improves managers’ recruitment capability;
• Searches candidates for key and senior positions;
• Ensures recruitment external capacity — works with recruitment providers, freelancers, subcontractors that provide specialists on a project basis;
• Researches new talent markets and provides recommendations regarding company expansion to these markets, ensures we have the right processes to hire people from overseas;
• Participates in headcount planning, budgeting, planning of org. structures;
• Participates in other specific HR projects where there’s intersection with recruitment;

About the role:

Recruitment Lead is responsible for coordinating the work of recruitment function and team. S/he proactively leads recruitment initiatives and works closely with HRBPs and managers to ensure high level of recruitment services.
