4+ years of relevant experience in Project Management
Experience in managing teams of 50+ people
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a business environment
Highly communicative, goal-oriented person with strong leadership attitude
Excellent team player and team builder with a strong ability to coach and mentor others
Experience in working with JIRA (+Admin), JIRA Portfolio (Plans), JIRA Automation, Confluence, Tempo, Office 365 Suite, and other PM’s tools
Fluent English both speaking and writing

Lead eWizard Team Managers on their way of improving the processes & work environment within R&D Department. On this role you would focus on process KPI, reviewing available metrics and working on the ways how to achieve better results in terms of capacity, velocity, customer value delivery & product’s quality. Together with Team managers you would set directions for product’s improvement & supervise progress in those directions. By following existing scrum routines, leveraging their effectiveness & introducing new best practices you would push the level of Team’s performance even further.
