• 2+ year work experience in Quality Assurance of CRM systems;
• Understanding SDLC/ STLC;
• Strong test design skills and working with requirements;
• Understanding of client-server architecture;
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Quality Assurance documentation (Test plan, test cases/checklists, defect reports, test summary reports etc.);
• Intermediate English level and higher.
Will be a plus:
Salesforce experience
Experience in testing native/hybrid mobile applications (IOS / Android);
Good understanding of UX/UI principles;
BA experience
