And now we are seeking an Agile Project Manager with excellent communication skills, a background in delivery or project management, and deep knowledge of Scrum. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health of both the delivery and development teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

💪🏻 ARE THESE POINTS ABOUT YOU?

⦿ At least 3 years of experience with project delivery
⦿ Strong understanding of business and product development
⦿ Knowledge of accounting and finance to calculate money, track the budget, and make decisions taking the cost of decisions into account
⦿ Deep knowledge of software development processes and procedures
⦿ Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
⦿ English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
⦿ Agile-Lean mindset (deep understanding of Agile values and principles)
⦿ Deep practical knowledge of Scrum
⦿ Practical knowledge of Miro, Jira, Confluence

WILL BE A PLUS:
⦿ Solid People Management experience (holding regular 1:1 with team members, feedback/performance sessions, participating in the hiring/firing process).
⦿ Certifications: ICP, ICP-ATF, PSM2

⦿ Establishing an Agile product and development practices
⦿ Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the DoD
⦿ Be customer-centric and have a deep understanding of customer pain points.
⦿ Be a great communicator who can engage the client, stakeholders, and Scrum team to go with their product vision.
⦿ Monitor metrics, tendencies, and highlight issues with them
⦿ Coach the Scrum Team on processes, tools and promoting a collaborative working culture
⦿ Facilitating productive Agile meetings (engaging people, focusing on the agenda and keeping to timebox)
⦿ Team Health & People Management (1:1, feedback/performance sessions, onboarding, offboarding, participating in the hiring process)
⦿ Removing impediments, issues that block the Scrum Team from achieving the Sprint Goal
⦿ Promote a continuous improvement culture and provide related services (eliminating wastes; improving the maturity of processes, practices, and skills)
⦿ Release management
⦿ Budget management
⦿ Risk management
⦿ Project status reporting
⦿ Project administrative tasks (set up Jira project, boards, tools, review and approve timesheets and invoices, approve vacations, sick leaves, not paid days, etc.)
