We’re looking for a specialist to help Scrum teams increase the maturity of QA processes & practices and to ensure teams develop and deliver quality solutions to Clients. You will also contribute as a Senior QA on one of the projects in order to be in the context of “how things are going on”.

Half of your working time will be devoted to work on one of our projects, the other time will be allocated to working with the team, consulting on other projects and building processes in the company. 💪 ARE THESE POINTS ABOUT YOU?

⦿ At least 5 years of Software Testing experience;
⦿ 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications (iOS, Android);
⦿ 2+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer (web, mobile);
⦿ 1+ years of experience as a QA Lead or QA Manager (leading a team of QA, working on Assessments and PDP);
⦿ Familiar with Scrum framework (Agile-Lean mindset);
⦿ An expert in quality assurance approaches and test design techniques;
⦿ An expert in web and mobile testing (technologies, protocols, tools, testing types, etc.);
⦿ An expert in Test Automation best practices;
⦿ Proficient with at least 1 programming language (Typescript is preferred);
⦿ Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium and/or similar tools;
⦿ Experience with Continuous Delivery, willingness to implement Continuous Delivery in the company;
⦿ Proven track record of establishing QA practice on different (complex) projects;
⦿ Proven track record of mentoring and growing Junior/Middle QA;
⦿ Strong problem-solving skills;
⦿ Team player with good communication skills;
⦿ Knowledge-seeking & committed person;
⦿ Upper-Intermediate or higher English.

➕ WILL BE A PLUS:

⦿ An experience in games and/or interactive applications testing;
⦿ Experience in creation of Unit tests;
⦿ Experience with Unity 3D.

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

⦿ Ensure key issues detected are appropriately documented, flagged, communicated, and handed over to the appropriate function to resolve on time;
⦿ Create a Test Plan and define Metrics to manage Product quality;
⦿ Setup an effective QA process on the project, including manual and/or automation testing;
⦿ Requirements testing/validation (identify insufficient requirements and understand their impact);
⦿ Signing off on builds as they are ready for release;
⦿ Promote increasing the maturity of the “QA practice” in the project;
⦿ Drive QA Center of Excellence and Community of Practice:
◾️ Perform QA audits on projects and provide recommendations on findings;
◾️ Actively contribute and drive the ongoing improvement of the testing process, knowledge, quality, and best practice among projects;
◾️ Evaluate theoretical knowledge and practical (on-the-job) skills and the seniority level of QAs;
◾️ Take an active part in creating PDP for growing QAs expertise;
◾️ Mentoring/Supervising QA team members and providing actionable feedback, and recommendations;
◾️ Conduct meetups, workshops (knowledge sharing sessions);
◾️ Experience sharing, case studies.
