Currently, we are in search of a Business Development Manager who has passion for solving challenging problems and effectively cooperate with the team. You will receive full support not only from the sales department, but also from the team of solution architect, business analysts, agile delivery managers and in general from the company.

💪🏻 ARE THESE POINTS ABOUT YOU?

⦿ Have at least 1 year of experience working in B2B sales;
⦿ Experience working in foreign markets such as Europe, US, UK;
⦿ High level of communication and persuasion / argumentation skills;
⦿ English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate and higher (spoken and written);
⦿ Software development/IT industry knowledge, passed IT courses will be a plus.

🔥 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

⦿ Conduct intro, discovery and proposal presentation meetings with prospects;
⦿ Contribute to the definition of best practices for consulting engagement process;
⦿ Obtain detailed understanding of prospects’ business cases and business needs;
⦿ Engagement with the prospects and eliciting requirements, business needs, preferred technology stack, process and/or team composition;
⦿ Participate actively in pre-sales and business development activities;
⦿ Manage relationships with the potential client throughout the pre-sales project duration, act as the main point of contact between the client and Visartech;
⦿ Lead creation of the high-quality Commercial offer/Proposal based on the information acquired from the potential client and on company standards and best practices;
⦿ Together with presale team consisting of Business Analyst and Solution Architect, find out optimal approach to project delivery: consulting, concept, proposal, etc;
⦿ MSA, SOW sign-off process with clients;
⦿ Be responsible for proper reporting to the Head of Sales weekly;
⦿ Keeping an accurate Hubspot CRM database (contacts, meeting notes, actual prospect status etc.);
⦿ Meet and exceed KPIs and targets;
