We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager with experience in IT outsourcing sales and excellent English to join our sales team 🤩


⦿ 2+ years of professional experience in the full-cycle sales process with B2B U.S., and European clients;
⦿ Experience in closing deals from 10 employees in the client’s team;
⦿ Upper-Intermediate and higher English level;
⦿ Understanding the sales funnel, negotiation steps, and strategies;
⦿ Result-driven personal confidence;
⦿ Analytical and systemizing mindset;
⦿ Strong self-organizational and time management skills;
⦿ Easy and proactive communication style;
⦿ Software development/IT industry knowledge;
⦿ Experience in sales of web and mobile app development services;
⦿ Proven experience in closed deals in the U.S. and European markets;
⦿ Attentive work with CRM;
⦿ Ability to meet goals;


⦿ Manage the entire sales cycle from identification through to close, including intro/discovery calls, gathering requirements, proposal presentation, contract negotiations, and transition to other departments for future service;
⦿ Collaborate with Solution Architect, Scrum Master, BA, etc. in order to respond to clients’ requests (analysis, estimates, etc.);
⦿ Reporting directly to the Head of Sales on weekly and monthly progress;
⦿ Interface and nurture leads through various outbound channels;
⦿ Build and support strong, long-lasting partnerships with potential clients;
⦿ Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to analyze potential markets (geography & industry) to engage leads and to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan;
⦿ Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline;
⦿ Develop and implement best practices for growing customer base and strategic partnerships;
⦿ Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with Sales & Marketing teams;
