VisaHQ, a global travel visa and passport processing company, is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should be proficient in testing web applications, writing test cases, and have experience with Selenium. Additionally, the candidate must have experience with AI bot development. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet our high standards of quality and functionality, with a special focus on our AI-powered chatbot platform.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases for web applications using Selenium
• Report and track software bugs and issues
• Work with the development team to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
• Assist with test planning and analysis, with a special focus on our AI-powered chatbot platform
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all project deliverables are met
• Perform other QA-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of web application testing
• Experience with Selenium
• Experience with AI bot development
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
