Travel/Visa Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Responsibilities:

• check and proofread user’s application forms and attached docs if meet all requirements
• apply for e-visas on behalf of users from all over the world
• correspond with users if they didn’t provide all necessary information

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years administrative office experience including work experience in tourism (international tourism, visa department);
• Experience with online booking systems;
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
• At least Upper Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to interact effectively within office team, personnel, and management;
• Attentiveness and carefulness while working with documents;
• Excellent communication (only written) and negotiation skills;
• Well-organized and reliable.

Would be a plus:

Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies.
