Interact with users via chat & email or e-meetings, undertaking the essential actions to handle inquiries, requests, issues, or complaints, keeping all sides pleased.
Communicating with leads.
Provide comprehensive information about the company’s products and services at the highest level.
Specify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions as part of the company’s services.
Inspire upsells and cross-sells for existing clients.
Gather customer’s feedback and cooperate with other departments to escalate customers’ feedback further.
Work on customers retention goals, minimize customer churn, and milestones to work towards.
The main mission of this position is to care about customers’ happiness and want to make their experience with our services outstanding and efficient.
✍🏻 Required skills:
Strong verbal and writing skills in English are a must — we work worldwide (upper-intermediate level or above).
Customer-oriented approach!!!
Possess at least one year of experience as a Customer Support Representative.
Are responsible, well-organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
Motivation and passion for getting work done properly.
Ability to learn new tools and good research skills
Attention to detail.
