Virtuace is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our growing team. Focus will be to help us streamline our processes and ensure the seamless deployment of software applications while prioritizing security, stability, and efficiency.
- Configure and manage Azure subscriptions, access, and resource groups.
- Design, build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and release management workflows.
- Manage and configure Azure file storage, credentialing, and deployment scripts.
- Develop templates to optimize subsequent builds and reduce time-to-market.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure application and infrastructure components align with overall system architecture.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance, security, and availability.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Blueprints
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of DevOps best practices and standard operating procedures
- Strong understanding of Azure services and features, including subscriptions management, resource groups, and access control.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including configuring pipelines, releases, and artifact management.
- Experience with Azure file storage, credentialing, and deployment scripts.
- Expertise in automating processes with one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, BASH, etc.).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Blueprints.
- Proficient in source control management using Git or similar tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like New Relic, Datadog, Azure App Insights or Azure Monitor.
- Certifications in Azure — such as Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps, or Azure Developer — are highly regarded.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a thorough understanding of DevOps methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
