Virtuace on behalf of our client — an American insurance company is expanding their team and looking for a SAP Analyst (FICO) to join our team.
Our client is a global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance that has more than $110 billion USD in total assets along with $17 billion USD in net assets.

The position will require:
• Strong FICO configuration experience
• Good communication skills. They will be the first line of support with users, via email or phone.
• Broad SAP knowledge, transports and how it works.
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse.
• Intermediate+ level of English.

Responsibilities:
• Creating user training materials.
• Plan and conduct testing for projects and individual bug fixes.
• Good problem solving skills. Able to research issues and either fix it or identify the right person who can fix it.
• Managing changes via the change management process.
• Working with tight deadlines, especially around financial closes.
• Teamwork, working with all SAP Team Members, BW Developers, Business Analysts, Basis and ABAP.
