• Optimize WebEx experience on compute and network as well as a co-develop toolset and telemetry for end-to-end management of service;
• work with users to develop new use cases and implement capabilities to support increased productivity;
• proactively manage and keep collaboration system operational;
• manage the lifecycle of tools with a focus of keeping environments current to take advantage of rapid development in the market;
• work closely with Customer Service to ensure pro-active communications, training and good documentation are available to the user population;
• work on escalated support tickets in the UCC area;
• research and Implement BOTs and additional emerging capabilities as needed to support increased productivity in the Webex Teams environment.
• Strong Cisco UCC familiarity across the Webex suite of tools;
• Cisco Certification — CCNP Collaboration;
• strong knowledge of implementing BOTS and 3rd party integrations into UCC platforms;
• intermediate level IP networking knowledge;
• strong understanding of hybrid Webex/UCC environments, including O365 on the cloud;
• be familiar with-Cisco Real-time Monitoring UCC backups and Monitoring Webex components’ health;
• be able to set up and pull custom Call Detail Record reports;
• write Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles, as needed, for support staff.
Be able to troubleshoot Cisco UC system, including:
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection Gateways/CUBEs;
• Webex Control Hub, Expressways;
• Cisco Directory Connector;
• Video Mesh, Audio Mesh.
2 years of experience with configuring:
• Cisco Unity Connection Auto-attendant;
• update user/phone config;
• call routing changes.
• knowledgeable with Quality of Service, as applicable to UCC;
• Webex proficiency;
• be able to capture and analyze Wireshark, Wbx Tracer, Fiddler;
• 2 years of Security concepts knowledge
• be able to act on certificate expirations, CSR generation etc.;
• REST/XML API familiarity;
• ability to implement BOTs.
