• Must have 5+ years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment;
• Must have 5+ experience with Windows 10, Active Directory Structure and familiar with basic server operations;
• Must have 5+ experience developing and testing software packages using Install shield or equivalent;
• Expert End Point Protection Engineering;
• Upper-intermediate level of English;
• Citrix Xenapp 7.x Administration;
• Full disk encryption software;
• Automation and scripting: PowerShell, VBScript, batch, etc.;
• Administering and deploying software using SCCM in a global environment;
• Developing and maintaining workstation images using SCCM;
• Patch management including bios and firmware updates, service pack upgrades, and application-based updates;
• Basic Database Administration, particularly in SQL Server;
• Familiar with Virtual Desktop Infrastructures like XenDesktop or Hyper-V;
• Excellent technologist with broad understanding of the Desktop environment;
• Experience with Bitlocker, Secunia, or CyberArk is a PLUS.

 Own and manage SCCM 2012 platform:
• Manage Current build updates (Upgrade from 1910 to most recent release);
• Maintain the OS lifecycle and plan for multi-ring deployments (Dev, Test, Prod);
• Create new reliable Task Sequences as needed to deploy images;
• Assist with transition to Modern Windows 10 Management to the cloud (InTune);
• Package, test, deploy software;
• Utilize both the Application and Packaging deployment methods for deploying software;
• Use creative and repeatable approaches when deploying complex packages such as (ImageRight, Client Access, SAP, etc);
• Manage, maintain, monitor and resolve issues related to imaging, patching and software deployments— Includes intense log analysis and independent thinking;

 Own and manage end-point patching process:
• Multiple builds for Windows 10 OS (1709, 1909, etc.);
• Including testing the new OS versions on at least 10 lab machines which increase with each new model (Example: We just added two more AMD models);
• Multiple platforms and builds for Office 2016 (x32/x64) (Semi-Annual and monthly build releases);
• Test each build release with critical business applications such as ImageRight, SAP, Client Access, Claims/Policy center);
• Patch Management reporting as part of our monthly CR process;
• Maintain SCCM patching infrastructure;
• Use SCCM to patch OS and Office products;
• Use Software Vulnerability Manager to patch third party applications such as WinZip, FileZilla, etc.

 Manage and maintain physical and virtual machines:
• Monitor for low disk space and other performance issues;
• Manage multiple Group Polices for Windows 10 and Citrix 7.x servers;
• Create new advanced polices, monitor and resolve alerts generated by Cyberark to maintain a least privilege access environment;
• Provide analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of PC products;
• Manage the entire lifecycle of global PC standard desktop and laptop models;
• Test new models;
• Build imaging support for each new model;
• Creation and assessment of monthly metrics reports for management;
• Maintain and update knowledge base;
• Performs thorough triaging and root cause analysis; documenting and updating relevant teams ensuring permanent resolution. Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution;
• Maintain roadmaps for all applications and software we deploy to the endpoints.

 Manage and maintain Citrix XenApp environment:
• Update master images with latest software and patches;
• Provide daily status reports and react to production issues found in the report. (Ex: Hosts offline, failed logons, etc.);
• Identify and implement service improvements.
