Job Description

Our Client is a London based Fintech start-up company enabling fund managers and intermediaries to conduct due diligence on the global distributors of their funds in a paperless manner with a newly developed tool. The company has clients across Europe and is expanding rapidly. We are looking for Customer Care representatives who are interested to work in a multi-tasking international environment. This role has many more aspects than the classical support role and involves a great deal of customer-facing opportunities, including the objective of driving widespread adoption of our Client’s solution among fund distributors.

Skills

  • C1-C2 level of English;
  • Additional Italian, French, Spanish or German skills considered an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good hands-on experience with Excel;
  • Lead Generation / Lead Research experience (nice to have);
  • Very good writing skills;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation;
  • Decision-making and stress tolerance;
  • Highly motivated mindset;
  • Ability to learn and adapt fast;
  • Experience in communicating with native speakers will be a plus.

Content of work

  • Conducting follow-up calls with distributors to ensure they fill out the questionnaire in a timely manner;
  • Sending follow-up emails;
  • Basic support how the application works (technical team that developed the software can guide on more complicated questions).
