Our Client is a leading data-driven customer experience management company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company works with 12,000+ employees worldwide and has offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as locations in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Portugal.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Expert, who will be responsible for the infrastructure configuration, such as access, provisioning, etc. as well as for the security components (infrastructure, user accounts, technical interfaces, etc.) This role is key for the integration of the solution, definition and configuration of the interfaces and automation of the data processing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience in building dashboards, reports, configuring access levels, user accounts and data processing automation.
• Functional implementation experience of the Core HR and/or Recruiting Module
• Experience in data migrations from/to HCM Cloud
• General knowledge of the HR processes
• Experience configuring, documenting and end-to-end testing of the entire solution
• Good understanding of the HR Data Model
• Experience in building dashboards, reports, configuring access levels, user accounts and data processing automation.
  
• Good level of English, you will be interacting with an English-speaking team.
