— At least 3 years of Business Analysis Experience
— Scrum Master experience within teams of 5+ people
— Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
— Ability to grasp complex business problems and formulate implementable user stories & requirements
— Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Crystal, XP etc.)
— Requirements elicitation and analysis experience
— Management experience leading teams of various size and functions
— Proactive communication, you will be in direct communication with all team members
— Excellent English level — written and spoken
— Tech background considered a strong asset.
— Project Management experience
— Highly structured personality with ability to organize, coordinate and focus
— Certifications and/or relevant courses.

Our client is a technology start-up company that aims to improve the global food value chain. They provide professional services for industrial food production sites through a global crowd service platform, using smart real-time technologies to match service technicians and customers. Services provided to customers are ranging from inspections and maintenance to repairs and spare parts as well as specific data-based services. Service technicians in the field are digitally enabled along the whole process through mobile and cloud technology.
Our client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master & Business Analyst keen to work closely with Swiss and Ukraine based teams in a creative, fast paced and legacy-free environment. Your main responsibilities will be to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to our team members. You will also be charged with some QA tasks and will be the point of contact of the CTO in Switzerland.
