Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst keen to work closely with Swiss and Ukraine based teams in a creative, fast paced and legacy-free environment. Your main responsibilities will be to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to our team members. You will also be charged with some QA tasks and will be the point of contact of our CEO in Switzerland.

Needed skills:
— At least 2 years of an IT BA experience
— Previous experience as a QA
— Requirements elicitation and analysis experience
— Ability to grasp complex business problems and formulate implementable user stories & requirements
— Experience with teams of 5+ people
— Proactive communication, you will be in direct communication with all team members
— Excellent English level — written and spoken
— German considered an asset.

Senior Business Analyst/ Project manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Level Business Analyst / Project Manager keen to work closely with Swiss and Ukraine based teams in a creative, fast paced and legacy-free environment. Your main responsibilities will be to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to our team members. You will also be charged with some QA tasks and will be the point of contact of the CTO in Switzerland.

Ideal profile

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with some experience as a Project Manager or a strong desire to learn and perform in this function, relevant skills include:

Needed skills:
— At least 4 years of an IT BA experience;
— Experience working as a BA within teams of 5+ people;
— Requirements elicitation and analysis experience;
— Ability to grasp complex business problems and formulate implementable user stories & requirements;
— Management experience leading teams of various size and functions;
— Proactive communication, you will be in direct communication with all team members
— Excellent English level — written and spoken
— Experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments.

— Highly structured personally with ability to organise, coordinate and focus
— Experience as a Team Lead
— Knowledge & experience about SCRUM / Agile
— Project Management experience
— Certifications and/or relevant courses.
