We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master who will also take on operational management responsibilities. This unique role combines the facilitation of Agile practices with overseeing operational processes, ensuring that projects are not only delivered efficiently but also aligned with broader business operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
• Guide the team in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.
• Act as a coach for both the development team and product owner, helping to resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and monitor team progress, using appropriate Agile metrics to report on sprint performance and team efficiency.
• Engage all team members in achieving common goals by developing a strong team dynamic and spirit.
• Manage project timelines, backlogs, and deliverables, ensuring the timely release of high-quality products.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the team’s performance, processes, and delivery capabilities, aligning with Vimmi’s goals of innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven company, preferably in video commerce, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks effectively.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of video or e-commerce integration is a plus.
